Customer Service
I recently had an issue in which I was having trouble with my Parker 34 Phoenix. I must say that I was a bit apprensive about trying to get a hold of Parker despite the wonderful things I had heard about the customer service. I brought it to a local archery shop that was going to do some work that was going to cost me more than I expected. I even began thinking about purchasing an entire new bow. As a last effort I called Parker and was relieved when I actually got the opportunity to speak not only to a human being, but someoned who actually knew what I, and more importantly, he, was talking about. I sent my bow to Parker and it was back in less than a week (just in time for early doe season).
I really can't say enough for the customer service and technicians who took care of me and my equipment. I just want to say thank you to Parker and keep up the outstanding work! I know that if I ever have a questin or require assistance again, I will to straight to the source first. Needless to say, when the time comes for the next bow...it will, without a doubt, be a Parker and when my son gets old enough to come along for the hunt, he will be toting a Parker as well!
